Synopsis

Tania, a determined girl from a middle-class family, dreams of becoming a doctor despite the challenges around her. In college, she meets Umair, a wealthy boy whose father is a renowned doctor and who plans to send him abroad for medical studies. Their friendship slowly turns into love as they share the same passion for medicine and a better future. However, fate hides a shocking truth, Umair’s father is actually Tania’s long-lost uncle, making Tania and Umair unknowingly related. Surrounded by complex characters struggling with insecurities about beauty, education, and social status, Khwaab Meray explores the real meaning of worth, ambition, and identity in a society full of judgments andhidden realities.
