
Based on characters from the hit theatrical film ‘Legion’ (2010), ‘Dominion’ is an epic supernatural drama set in the year 25 A.E. In this transformed post–apocalyptic future an army of lower angels, assembled by the archangel Gabriel, has waged a war of possession against mankind. The archangel Michael, turning against his own kind, has chosen to side with humanity against Gabriel. Rising out of the ashes of the 25-year-long battle are newly fortified cities which protect the human survivors. In Vega (formerly Las Vegas), the largest of these cities, two houses vie for control and the stage is set for political upheaval and a dangerous power shift. Meanwhile, a rebellious young soldier begins a perilous journey as the war between the human race and the fallen angels hellbent on their domination escalates.






A soldier learns he is the "chosen one," destined to lead humanity and end the devastating war with the angels once and for all in premiere of this supernatural drama.
Alex rejects his new role as the Chosen One, but then a sleeper threat in Vega forces him to spring into action and protect the ones he loves. Meanwhile, Michael meets with Gabriel one last time before the war between angels and mankind reignites; and Gen. Riesen and David Whele try to tie up loose ends.
Alex hopes to leave his responsibilities as the Chosen One behind by leaving Vega, but instead, ends up fighting for his life alongside Michael in a battle with Gabriel's forces. Elsewhere, Riesen goes too far in the name of security; Claire makes a personal sacrifice for the people; and Arika receives a deadly message from her homeland.
A powerful Vega senator takes the city's leaders and food supply hostage, demanding the Chosen One's secret identity be made public; at the same time, Michael is called to a family meeting of archangels, including Gabriel; and Claire goes against the majority.
Alex begins his training with Michael, but soon after has a vision that causes him to go rogue during an Archangel Corps mission. Elsewhere, Claire goes out on a limb to protect Riesen, however she can't stop his long-held secrets from coming back to haunt him; and David makes a move to secure his power.
Alex takes on the not-so-easy task of trying to exorcise captive eight-balls of their angel possessors, and enlists Michael and Claire for help; David closes in on William's underground acolytes; at the same time, Riesen overturns David's plan to usurp power with a new alliance.
Alex is called upon by Michael to help prevent any further casualties after innocent higher angels turn up dead in Vega; at the same time, Gabriel causes tension by revealing a long-hidden secret; William "re-educates" his father; and Noma reignites an old flame.
In the Season 1 finale, the revelation of a higher angel's identity puts Alex and Michael at odds and Alex goes before the Senate to plead his case. Meanwhile, the marriage of Claire and William is followed by General Riesen's departure from Vega; Arika meets a delegation from Helena who bring with them shocking cargo; and Gabriel raises some suspicions with his so-called surrender.
In the Season 2 premiere, an unexpected attack on Gabriel's Aerie puts a newly freed Alex and Noma on the road to New Delphi, a dangerous and mysterious city. Meanwhile, Claire begins to understand the breadth of her responsibility; and Michael stumbles upon a quaint southern town whose residents have inexplicably managed to insulate themselves from the fallout of the Extermination War.
Alex and Noma are desperate to find an ally in New Delphi with Gabriel hot on their trail; Claire befriends her would-be assassin Zoe, only to discover a seething truth regarding the V1s she had long forsaken; and Michael struggles to maintain his secret as the town he stumbled upon prepare for a sacred ritual to demonstrate their unwavering faith.
Alex embarks on a dangerous quest to prove himself to his new ally, during which a startling face from his past appears; at the same time, Claire enlists the help of an old friend to halt what she believes is a brewing revolt from the V1s; and Michael makes a sacrifice that will prevent him from ever being with his love.
Alex, knowing his welcome in New Delphi is running thin, takes a dangerous step in his hunt for Gabriel; at the same time, he, Noma and Riesen uncover the truth behind Julian's origin. Elsewhere, Claire and Gates go toe-to-toe with a dangerous assassin; and David attempts to forge an alliance with the revolting V1s.
Alex spearheads a plan to intercept Michael and Gabriel, who have breached the walls of New Delphi in pursuit of their mutual target; Claire begins the negotiation process with the revolting V1s; at the same time, David attempts to restore his legacy by any means necessary.
Alex attempts a dangerous eviction in an effort to save Vega from an impending attack; at the same time, Michael plots their escape from New Delphi; and Claire desperately navigates the fallout of Civil War as Gates travels behind enemy lines to kill a broadcast that threatens peace in the city. Elsewhere, David procures his role in the rebellion following correspondence with an unexpected ally.
Alex finds unexpected shelter to nurse a wounded Noma, with the New Delphi army hot on their trail; at the same time, Michael and Gabriel attempt to escape their mutual captivity while revisiting a past that haunts them both; and Claire calls for a dangerous parlay as David puts a plan in motion to secure his legacy in Vega.
Alex, Noma and Michael near Vega; at the same time, Julian presses Riesen for the location of the amphora by dredging up his past. Meanwhile, a military standoff ends in disaster, forcing Claire to make a harrowing decision; and an unexpected face wanders the city streets claiming to be the Chosen One.
Alex, Noma and Michael hit an unexpected roadblock in their trek home; Claire makes a judgment call that threatens the security of a war-torn Vega; Julian changes tactics in an attempt to break Gabriel; Arika and Gates wrestle with the cost of survival.
Michael finds his soul self transported to Mallory, where he is forced to play for his soul against the mysterious Prophet. Meanwhile, Alex and Gates join forces to prevent the meltdown of Vega's nuclear reactor, and David tries to convince William to leave the city before it's too late.
The Amphora spreads darkness across Vega, inciting suicidal desires in the residents. While Claire, David, Arika, and William wrestle with their inner demons, Alex, Michael, and Noma try to find the Amphora so that they can close it before it's too late.
After the Amphora is destroyed, Alex rallies the remaining survivors to defend the walls of Vega against the invading eight-balls. Meanwhile, Michael battles Gabriel while David tries to activate the wall cannons. In the past, the events leading up to the Apocalypse War are revealed.
Alex, Claire, and Noma try to stop Duma--in the body of General Riesen--take over Vega. Meanwhile, Michael and Gabriel confront the Prophet in Mallory.
