    Timmy wishes for the most challenging video game ever. When Chester and A.J. come over unexpectedly, they end up transporting themselves into the game. Now, Timmy must enter the game himself and survive various levels of difficulty in order to reach his friends. Unfortunately, Timmy's new game uses so much energy that any appliance Vicky uses will cause power surges and most likely shut down the game. Despite this, using help from Cosmo and Wanda, Timmy manages to defeat the final boss (Vicky, of course) and they finally make it out.

Timmy figures the reenactment will be more realisitic with an authentic alien creature. To fulfill this want, Cosmo and Wanda conjure up Mark Chang, prince of the planet Yugopotamia. Mark then captures Chester and A.J. (neither of whom know he is a real alien) and develops an affection for Vicky. Since magic cannot interfere with true love, Timmy, Cosmo and Wanda blast off to Yugopotamia to find Mark's parents so they can set things straight and bring Mark home.

However, Principal Waxelplax ends up trapped and gets mad at Crocker in the end.

Remy discovers Timmy's fairies, and to make sure that Timmy does not wish he had more money than him (although Da Rules say that you cannot wish for money), he challenges Timmy to a Magical Duel, where the loser loses his fairies and forgets he ever had them.

To make things worse, Vicky is being paid by Timmy's parents to take Timmy and his friends trick-or-treating, and forces him to wear a mummy costume made out of toilet paper. Vicky gets all of the candy, while Timmy and his friends get nothing. Realizing that Vicky is scary and gets more candy because of it, Timmy wishes that everyone's Halloween costumes were real and scary. This causes everyone to become real and scary versions of the costumes they wear, including the popular kids, who turn into the real Jack-O-Bots and threaten to destroy the world. Also, Timmy cannot undo the wish because Cosmo and Wanda were in costume at the time and are now no longer magical. Meanwhile, the Yugopotamians, seeing people celebrate Halloween, think Earth is planning an attack on them and attempt to counter-attack.

While exploring the Internet, Timmy winds up in Mr. Crocker's computer, who suspects that the pink-hatted virus may be the work of Timmy's fairy godparents, and thus sends a virus of his own to use Timmy's computer as a way to spy on Cosmo and Wanda.

Unfortunately, because no love is spreading, Cupid is nearing his death. Timmy is the only one who knows what is missing, and cries because nothing fills the void. Timmy destroys the wall, causing the genders to come in contact with each other, but instead of falling in love like Timmy planned, they go to war against each other. Timmy falls in love with Tootie, instead of Trixie, at the end of the episode.

Timmy realizes who he is and what the wishes were (all his villain friends out of the comic book; Cosmo and Wanda's magic cannot affect him; he cannot be wished back into the book; and that Timmy cannot wish his room clean as his parents need him to). Now, Timmy must give his parents their super hero powers back to stop them, and has the Crimson Chin help as well.

    Timmy wants to play catch with his dad, but they have to get their chores done. Afterwards, Timmy and his Dad go buy a toy Mr. Turner has always wanted since childhood: The Stryker Z a rare limited addition car that was on TV. It turns out that Vicky has the actual car, which Mr. Turner asks Vicky to sell to him, even though it was not hers, but Vicky only agrees because they offer her $100. However, when Mr. Turner drives away, Doug Dimmadome approaches and asks Vicky to sell the car to him. At first, she says she already sold it, but after offering her $10,000, Vicky plots to steal the car back. Timmy becomes upset, because after the Stryker Z is fixed, Mr. Turner spends more time with the car instead of Timmy. After refusing to let Timmy ride in the car or let him come to the Dimmsdale Only-if-you're-old-enough-to-Drive-in-Auto Show, Timmy wishes himself to be merged with the car. He does, but at the Auto Show, Vicky comes and steals the Stryker Z back. Mr. Turner notices and gives chase with being chewed up in a Engine Wheel, and he is knocked into a sign. Mr. Turner borrows a scooter and gives chase on Vicky. The scooter runs out of power so Mr. Turner uses it as a Skateboard. When he catches up at Doug Dimmadome's estate, he thinks Timmy was in the trunk of the Stryker Z and Timmy wishes himself to be in the trunk. He is found and is scolded by his dad, but is forgiven. Vicky buys the car back from Mr. Turner, but the Stryker Z rolls off the cliff, is destroyed and turned into a cube. Disappointed, Doug Dimmadome says the deal was done, much to Vicky's dismay.

    Timmy is taking a bath, but he wants to get the new issue of Crimson Chin. Cosmo and Wanda wish him to the store, but he appears there in the nude and now must get back before anyone sees him. In the meantime, Crimson Chin fights with H2Olga in order to save not only the city, but also a baby he agreed to watch. Timmy leaves his comic book on the side of the tub, it touches the water a little causing H2Olga's power to increase tenfold.

While snowboarding, Timmy and Vicky are trapped in a cave after an avalanche, and Timmy cannot wish himself out because Cosmo and Wanda are frozen. Timmy must battle an Abominable Snowman with the help of Vicky.

    The Big Superhero Wish

    Timmy is tired of the normal everyday routine, and how he never gets any rescuing from his enemies. After a very bad day, he wishes that the world was like a comic book. As a result, everybody has a superpower, thus turning the good and Timmy into superheroes and the bad including his nemesises, into supervillains. These supervillains, including Bull-E (Francis), The Babyshredder (Vicky), and Dr. Crocktopus (Mr. Crocker), are then recruited by the Nega-Chin (who was unleashed with the wish) to attempt to wreak havoc. Timmy then tries to unwish his wish, only to find that his wish has been apparently manipulated by the villains (who sense some kind of magic in his "Superhounds", Cosmo and Wanda in reality), so while they can keep their powers, the superheroes cannott. They then take these "Superhounds" away, leaving Timmy and his friends, including the Crimson Chin, to plan what to do next. They end up infiltrating the evil lair with the help of some "everyday heroes", including a firefighter, a janitor, and a milkman who did not help him before when he needed help in everyday situations. He learns a lesson about how people do not have to have powers to be heroes.

Timmy saves the day by feeding spinach--recovered from Mark's ship--to his fairies so they can undo the wish.

Unfortunately, Timmy learns no sooner than his parents drop him off that he has been tricked by Remy yet again, and F.U.N. Academy really stands for "For Unruly N'er-do-wells", a military school for troublemakers. Remy had been sent their by his parents, but is able to coast through his stay due to bribery. Timmy and his friends are not as lucky, especially since Timmy's drill sergeant is Shallowgrave, the former truancy officer that lost his job because of a certain "pink-hatted punk;" Timmy, actually. Timmy and his friends must now find a way out of this place, and Timmy cannot use his fairies to help because of the strict "no pets" policy.

At the end, Cosmo and Wanda return just in time to return Timmy back to his body.

Wanda becomes his assistant and Cosmo becomes a talking, green car named Carsmo. The place that they go to seek adventure is Fairy World, where they discover that Mama Cosma is missing. However, there is a note there that reads: BRIDGE 7:00 pm. They then go to the bridge, but no one is there. Juandissimo Magnifico appears and tells them that Mama Cosma was at one of the restaurants. They go there, only to find that she is not there. Jorgen Von Strangle appears and tells Timmy and his fairies that Mama Cosma was at her house playing bridge with him, but then his teddy bear goes missing, and they must go search for it. The episode ends with all five on a freeze frame.

However, they do not know that the university is actually Dark Laser's ship. After approval of Timmy going to Dark Laser's university by his parents, Timmy is forced to wear a Dark Laser-type suit, which eventually takes over his mind and makes him knock out Crocker and Francis against some lockers; getting Trixie to fall in love with him; making Vicky do what he wants her to do, and other tasks. Cosmo tries to convince Timmy not to do this by telling him that fairies can make people naked. Timmy then graduates and Dark Laser forces him to blow up the earth, but Timmy deliberately decides not to. After refusing, Dark Laser does it himself, but Timmy wishes that the laser would backfire, causing the laser to destroy the spaceship. Timmy wishes he was back home, and when he gets back, he hears the explosion of the spaceship, meaning that Dark Laser survived in it. Timmy then decides to keep the suit for emergencies.

Timmy must now attempt to reverse the situation, which leads to his fall down a tall building to "unlock" Golden Locks' heart from evil.

Jorgen does not let any fairy compete, however, because he is the strongest. When he wins the first five medals, Anti-Cosmo and HP knock out Jorgen. Timmy becomes the fairies' trainer and makes a bet: if Anti-Cosmo wins, Timmy will be his godchild; if HP wins, Timmy will work for him forever; and if Timmy wins, he will force HP and Anti-Cosmo to do something very bad. The fairies win, and Timmy says "nothing" for what Anti-Cosmo and HP do. Timmy says he learned that cheaters only cheat against themselves. It turns out to be a dream for Scott Hamilton (who was previously co-hosting the games with Timmy), because when he says what Timmy said, Juandissimo and Cupid give him a cheetah (a running gag involves that when anyone says cheater on the field or somewhere else other than the stands, Cupid gives them a cheetah).

Things go wrong when greedy Vicky wishes for a million wishes causing her mailbox to explode, and everyone catches the falling wishes, thus causing the Big Wand to overload and for Jorgen to shut off the fairy's magic power. However, Jorgen actually likes Wishmas, believing Santa to be stealing fairy magic and not giving any credit, and begins promoting Wishmas. Soon, Christmas is replaced with Wishmas and unemployed Santa moves in with the Turners. Timmy now must get rid of "Jorgen the Magic Mailman," and get Christmas and Santa back.

Soon after, Foop learns about the lack of fanfare surrounding his birth, and learns that his Fairy counterpart, Poof, was already born before him, stealing the title of first magic baby born in thousands of years. Foop now sets his sights on getting rid of Poof so that he will get all of the attention. Unfortunately for him and the rest of Anti-Fairy World, Timmy and his fairies have more than one trick up their sleeves.

Timmy is the only one who can warn Cosmo and Wanda of Foop's true intentions, but his parents continue to pull Timmy away before he can speak; and if Poof keeps committing a crime and getting himself into trouble with the law, then he will be arrested and sentenced to twenty years in prison--in Foop's inter-dimensional play pen of doom, anyway.

This year, Jorgen's recipe is at risk, and Anti-Cosmo and Anti-Wanda are determined to make sure they make Timmy their godchild by stealing the recipe and cheating the fairies out of the competition. Timmy now has to get the recipe back so the Anti-Fairies' scheme will backfire and he will remain Cosmo and Wanda's godchild.
