Synopsis

Pavel Valerievich works in the administration of a small village. He is in no hurry, does not dream of the capital and sincerely believes in the principle: "where he was born, he came in handy there." Everything changes when an order comes from Moscow to start a video blog about the activities of the administration. The first issue is so comical and strange that it collects thousands of likes and views.
