Synopsis

Set in Punjab, Jhallee is an emotional journey of Noor Kaur, a mentally challenged yet pure-hearted girl mocked as ‘Jhallee’. When her best friend Amrit asks her to marry her husband to bear a child, Noor agrees only to fall in love. Torn between friendship and love, Jhallee is a powerful tale of sacrifice, innocence, and self-worth.
