After learning that members of the notorious group Hack the Planet would be attending DEF CON in Las Vegas, the FBI descends upon the annual hacking convention in hopes of confirming the identity of the highly disruptive "Zeekill."

Kivimäki begins falsely reporting emergencies to trigger a law enforcement response, wreaking havoc on an FBI agent and a community in Connecticut.
