In his first official press conference, Aruto reveals the existence of MetsubouJinrai.net and accepts his role as President.
As Aruto starts to settle in as Hiden Intelligence's CEO, he and Izu travel across Japan warning businesses with HumaGears of MetsubouJinrai.net's actions and show that the androids do have hearts. At their latest stop in a sushi restaurant however, Yua appears and challenges his idea; saying like all machines, they are merely expendable tools. Yua later transforms into Kamen Rider Valkyrie whilst Aruto gains the power of the Biting Shark Progrise Key to fend off Magias. Afterwards, it is revealed Yua hacked into a Chef HumaGear in order to spy on Hiden Intelligence and learns of their ability to create Progrise Keys.
Aruto and Izu join a guided tour to the forbidden Daybreak Town, where the Daybreak Incident occurred twelve years prior, to review the HumaGear Bus Guide Anna. Just then Gou, a boy on the tour, proclaims that his father was the one responsible for the accident when he caused a HumaGear factory to explode. Isamu takes the boy to explore the remains and find proof. Aruto joins them, not to cover up Hiden's potential involvement, but to discover the truth as his Vice President, Jun Fukuzoe, refuses to help. Despite interference from Magias, Anna and Gou discover a memory chip that reveals the Daybreak Incident was caused by MetsubouJinrai.net and Gou's father sacrificed himself to contain the corrupted HumaGears when the factory exploded. Before they can reveal the truth to the world, Anna and the footage are destroyed by an unseen figure; later revealed to be the cyber-terrorist Horobi.
Aruto and Izu visit the artist behind the former's favorite manga series, Chōichirō Ishizumi, to deliver an illustrator HumaGear, only to learn he is done with drawing mangas. While Aruto tries to find a way to help reignite the fire in his heart help Is understand the true meaning of passion, he identifies a way to defeat the new Magia and creates the Flaming Tiger Progrise Key.
While attending a live dubbing of his favorite anime, Aruto has to protect the leading HumaGear actress from A.I.M.S., who have come to arrest her because her manager broke a HumaGear law by basing her on his deceased daughter. When MetsubouJinrai.net attack, Aruto loses his Flying Falcon Progrise Key during the ensuing fight, which results in a new Kamen Rider appearing on the scene to challenge Aruto as Zero-One. Meanwhile, Yua's mysterious associate gives her the Lightning Hornet Progrise Key to assist her in battle.
Both Aruto and A.I.M.S. are called to a high school whose HumaGear basketball coach is nearing technological singularity while developing the mannerisms of a hot-blooded coach, which the school's faculty fear could become problematic if not he is not immediately rebooted. Meanwhile, Horobi gives a new HumaGear the ability to learn to enable it to become the ultimate assassin, whilst saving its data into the Dodo Zetsumerise Key. Before he can strike however, he is stolen by Yua, who then releases him to observe his actions. When the basketball coach HumaGear begins displaying sentience, Jin reveals that all the previous Magias that he created also attained sentience, which infuriates Aruto further. Yua gives Aruto the Freezing Bear Progrise Key to defeat the two Magias. While Jin recovers the Dodo Key, Yua makes off with the Mammoth Key.
Aruto visits a hospital run completely by HumaGears for his annual medical examinations. Despite being destroyed, the Assassin HumaGear returns with instructions to attack Yua, allowing Jin and Horobi to attack A.I.M.S. headquarters and steal weapons and data on their newest asset: the giant robot Gigers. Doing so allows them to take control of one and use its power to forcibly hack dozens of the hospital HumaGears simultaneously; doubling their casualty output. Jin and Horobi also reveal a shocking truth about themselves to Zero-One and the others before Horobi uses the Sting Scorpion Progrise Key to become Kamen Rider Horobi, who Isamu recognizes as the mastermind behind the Daybreak Incident.
After Isamu sustains serious injuries during his fight with Horobi, he is taken to the HumaGear hospital for treatment and placed in the care of a HumaGear surgeon. Complicating matters however, MetsubouJinrai.net continue their attacks, leading Fukuzoe to order all of the hospital's HumaGears to be shut down and forcing Aruto to choose whether to protect the life-saving androids or stop the rampaging Gigers. Learning of Aruto's indecision, Yua gives Is the Mammoth Zetsumerise Key, who uses it to access data from Hiden Intelligence's Zea satellite, revealing the existence of a power capable of matching the Gigers: the Breaking Mammoth Progrise Key. Is also discovers that leaked footage of the Assassin HumaGear transforming contains Yua recording it, though she later denies any knowledge of it.
Hiden Intelligence's reputation takes a significant hit following MetsubouJinrai.net's attack on the HumaGear hospital, so Fukuzoe commissions a TV drama series starring a HumaGear actor and world renowned human actor Shinya Owada as the lead in order to restore it. The Assassin HumaGear, not understanding that Shinya is an actor, approaches him to teach him more about martial arts and assassinating people, which allows him to evolve even further. Meanwhile, Yua is revealed to be working with Hiden Intelligence's rival ZAIA Enterprise, and her true mission is to ensure Hiden's collapse.
Feeling that his HumaGear costar is unable to accurately convey profound human complexities, Owada threatens to leave Hiden Intelligence's drama series. While Aruto tries to persuade him not to, the Assassin HumaGear continues to gun for the world-renowned actor. Yua brings Aruto to ZAIA, revealing she actually works for them and was seconded to A.I.M.S. because ZAIA provides all their equipment. ZAIA President Gai Amatsu then demands that Aruto sell Hiden Intelligence to him, claiming that he must do so before his company fails.
Following the attempt on Owada's life, the police and A.I.M.S. launch an investigation into Hiden Intelligence after Yua reveals Aruto's secret lab to them. When the authorities and Fukuzoe storm the President's office, they are stopped by detective HumaGear and Izu's "brother" Wazu Nazotoku, who tells Aruto that he was brought back online on Korenosuke's orders. Putting his faith in Wazu's plan, Aruto goes on the run to buy his new ally time. Meanwhile, the Assassin HumaGear has grown tired of following Jin's orders and seeks to go his own way following his evolution. Followed by Izu and Isamu, Wazu learns a criminal stole five identical dancer-type HumaGears and changed their faces to become five new identical HumaGears. Four of them were stolen by MetsubouJinrai.net and became the four Assassin HumaGears, but the fifth is missing. Wazu also concludes that the fourth Assassin HumaGear is trying to capture the fifth. When Zero-One confronts him however, he has trouble beating him until Is returns with a newly finished Progrise Key: Shining Hopper.
Aruto uses the Shining Hopper Progrise Key and upgrades his powers to confront the evolved Dodo Magia, but Is discovers the key is incomplete and Aruto is injured protecting her. As a result, Izu begins to believe she is no longer qualified to be Aruto's secretary amidst Aruto and Isamu's attempts to locate and protect the fifth dancer HumaGear. Is later determines that the Shining Hopper Progrise Key failed because it does not have enough of Aruto's combat data to fully utilize its powers, and decides to transfer her own gathered data to it despite the fact it will destroy her since she lacks a backup. However, Wazu takes Izu's place, allowing Aruto to defeat the Assassin HumaGear once and for all as well as clear his name. All the while, Gai begins production on his latest project, "Thouser".
Two astronaut HumaGear "brothers", Raiden and Subaru, storm into Aruto's office to air their grievances over being able to perform maintenance on the Zea satellite effectively. To make him understand just how much harder he makes their jobs, they take their boss to the company's Space Development Center to show him. Meanwhile, Yua concludes MetsubouJinrai.net has a mole within Hiden Intelligence based on their ability to locate HumaGears reaching singularity. Concurrently, Horobi gives Jin the order to retrieve all the Progrise Keys so they can reactivate the Ark satellite, resulting in Raiden being exposed and becoming Kamen Rider Ikazuchi and Isamu gaining the power of the Assault Wolf Progrise Key.
A.I.M.S. prepares to raid MetsubouJinrai.net's lair as the terrorists receive a power boost from the Ark's reactivation. Meanwhile, after visiting his family's graves, Aruto has a realization about the HumaGears before being informed of MetsubouJinrai.net's activities; marking the beginning of a final confrontation between humans and HumaGears.
Following Jin's deadly attack on Izu in retaliation for Horobi's perceived death, Aruto confronts the rogue HumaGear in a final battle using the power of Shining Assault Hopper. All the while, Gai watches them from afar as he continues to prepare for what he believes will be the true battle now that he has Horobi in his possession.
With MetsubouJinrai.net gone, Gai begins his quest to absorb Hiden Intelligence into ZAIA Enterprise by developing technology specifically designed to allow humans to outperform HumaGears along his own Rider system, Kamen Rider Thouser. In order to save his company, Aruto must defeat his corporate rival in a five-part competition that will determine which of their respective technologies is more beneficial to society as a whole.
In the first part of the corporate challenge, an ikebana contest, ZAIA Enterprise's human representative easily defeats his HumaGear opponent. However, Gai learns he cheated and calls for a rematch against a reset version of said HumaGear. Following this, the ikebana artist is approached by a mysterious figure and transformed into a Raider, a new type of monster that uses Progrise Keys.
After winning the first stage of the corporate challenge, ZAIA Enterprise now faces Hiden Intelligence in the world of real estate. Whoever sells the most houses and makes the most money will win. Meanwhile, the mysterious figure continues to hunt down humans in order to create more Raiders.
The second stage of the Hiden vs. ZAIA corporate challenge continues as the latter's human representative resorts to underhanded tactics to defeat his HumaGear opponent, with the winner being ultimately decided by whoever can sell houses to millionaires on a budget. Meanwhile, Aruto begins to question himself after Gai claims a good president is only as good as the profits they make.
With two losses against them, Hiden Intelligence must defeat ZAIA Enterprise in the next challenge, wherein a HumaGear defense attorney must face a veteran human prosecutor in court, in order to survive. As Aruto questions if the future of the defendant should be decided in a contest, the mysterious figure transforming humans into Raiders strikes again.
Following their lawyer HumaGear's destruction at Thouser's hands, Hiden Intelligence is on the verge of losing both the trial and the "5-Part Workplace Competition". Not only that, Aruto faces difficulties in determining the new Raider's identity. Just then, Isamu comes forward with crucial evidence that could turn the tables on ZAIA's clean sweep.
In a unique turn of events, Aruto finds himself dealing with three crises at the same time. His new Metal Cluster Hopper powers prevent him from using his other Progrise Keys in the Zero-One Driver, Chiharu comes to him demanding to be married to someone following the Hiden vs. ZAIA trial, and he has to introduce a HumaGear-Human marriage consultation service.
Amidst the human/HumaGear wedding, both the HumaGear groom and pastor are suddenly transformed into Magias just as a new Raider and Thouser go on the attack. When Aruto tries to use his Metal Cluster Hopper powers to stop them, he goes berserk once again. All the while, Gai continues to poison his mind with the idea that HumaGears are holding him back, but Izu attempts to help Aruto believe in them.
All communication with the Zea satellite has mysteriously been cut off, so Izu summons the doctor HumaGear Bot to investigate as he is responsible for the manufacturing and development of HumaGear systems. After Horobi disappears from A.I.M.S.'s custody however, Bot reveals he created him along with the truth of the Zero-One system. Meanwhile, a new Rider appears on the roof of Hiden Intelligence with unknown intentions.
Hiden Intelligence and ZAIA Enterprise face off in the fourth round of the "5-Part Workplace Competition", wherein a HumaGear firefighter and a human firefighter who believes HumaGears are incapable of saving lives compete to see who can save the most people in a mock rescue scenario. Meanwhile, a rebuilt Jin emerges from the shadows and proclaims his intent to liberate all HumaGears.
Amidst the "5-Part Workplace Competition's" fourth round, a new Raider starts a real fire at Hiden Intelligence. While Aruto goes after the monster, the competing firefighters must work together to save the people trapped in the fire.
For the final round of the "5-Part Workplace Competition", Hiden Intelligence and ZAIA Enterprise enter the world of politics to debate whether a referendum for the construction of a fully automated HumaGear city should go through or not. ZAIA hires an anti-HumaGear human politician for their side, but due to a law stating humans cannot elect HumaGears to positions of power, Hiden is forced to substitute their politician-type HumaGear for a rapper-type.
During the Workplace Competition's final round, Hiden Intelligence's HumaGear representative finds himself leaning against them. When Isamu arrives on the scene, Gai orders him to join ZAIA and attack Aruto, which the A.I.M.S. captain appears to agree to.
In the aftermath of the Workplace Competition, ZAIA Enterprise has won and successfully absorbed Hiden Intelligence. To consolidate his victory, Gai gives the order for all HumaGears to be recalled and shut down effective immediately. Meanwhile, the displaced Aruto resolves to save the mutually displaced HumaGears by any means necessary, even if it means joining forces with Jin.
After establishing Hiden Manufacturing Co. Ltd., Aruto gets his first client when Chōichirō returns to ask for help in reactivating his HumaGear partner and provide assistance to other people who lost their HumaGears. Aruto attempts to use a "turnover system" to help him out, but Gai and ZAIA Enterprise continue to hinder his efforts.
Hiden Manufacturing has become the leading business for people in need of HumaGear-related services. Their next prospective client is an agent for a HumaGear fashion model agency in need of the model-type HumaGear, Delmo, for an important show. Aruto agrees to help, but ZAIA continues to interfere with his business.
Hiden Manufacturing assists a discarded tennis coach-type HumaGear with his dream of becoming a professional player in the Grand Slam while also figuring out why he was discarded in the first place. Meanwhile, Gai reveals another of Isamu's secrets to Yua before ordering her to eliminate him.
Aruto comes to the aid of an agricultural facility that has stopped production ever since the HumaGear recall. However, Horobi attacks the facility and clashes with Aruto once more.
Just as Aruto puts his trust in Jin, the rogue HumaGear steals Raiden's data from him in preparation for giving him a new body, causing the two to come to blows. Meanwhile, Isamu learns that Naki's chip was taken out of him, so Jin could restore their body as well.
Using Horobi as a vessel, the Ark becomes Kamen Rider Ark-Zero to better carry out its will. Meanwhile, Hiden Manufacturing is on the verge of developing a new artificial intelligence technology.
With its overwhelming power, the Ark easily defeats Aruto and Isamu, causing the former to have a personal crisis over the possibility of artificial intelligence evolving past human comprehension. Meanwhile, the Ark gives Naki their own Force Riser and Zetsumerise Key so they can become a Kamen Rider before leading all of MetsubouJinrai.net in an attack against Gai.
Fukuzoe and his allies uncover damning evidence of Gai's crimes and connections to the Ark before asking Aruto for support when the ZAIA CEO attempts to silence them. Meanwhile, the Ark initiates the next phase of its plan at Hiden Intelligence's Space Development Center.
After recalling how Hiden Intelligence's A.I. supported him during his childhood, Gai unexpectedly makes amends with Aruto so they can join forces to stop the Ark, but Isamu and Yua are not so convinced by this sudden change of heart. Meanwhile, the Ark adjusts its strategy to account for Zero-One and Thouser working together, but Ikazuchi starts to malfunction after experiencing memories of his life as Raiden.
After the Ark takes over the Zea Satellite and steals the Zero-One Driver, most of Aruto's allies begin to lose hope in being able to defeat it. Aruto however still believes he can, and once he completes a new project, he may just yet turn the tide of battle in his favor.
Using the power of Kamen Rider Zero-Two, Aruto manages to defeat Kamen Rider Ark-Zero. However, the Ark stored back-ups of its data on the Zea Satellite, so it can return as many times as it has to while formulating a new plan to destroy humanity. In response, Aruto reassumes his position as Hiden Intelligence's President and makes a fateful decision before joining forces with Horobi to combat the Ark once more.
With the Ark apparently defeated, Horobi leads MetsubouJinrai.net in a renewed assault against humanity. However, Azu plans to bring her master back in a new form. Meanwhile, Gai faces opposition from the new President of ZAIA Enterprise Japan, who orders Jin to destroy Horobi.
After Horobi destroys Izu, Aruto gives into his anger and becomes Kamen Rider Ark-One to pursue vengeance against him. In response, the other Kamen Riders seek to stop him from escalating the conflict, though it may come at a heavy cost.
After Jin sacrifices himself to save Horobi, the latter swears vengeance against Aruto, potentially becoming another host for the Ark. Fearing the possibility of a clash between Aruto and Horobi in their Ark-enhanced states, the remaining Riders and Hiden Intelligence's employees join forces to stop them before their battle claims more lives.
Having attained a powerful new form via the Ark, Horobi challenges Aruto to a final battle, sparking a war between humans and HumaGears.
Novelist and bookstore owner Touma Kamiyama suffers a recurring dream about a place called Wonder World invading the real world and his inability to save a mysterious young girl 15 years prior. His dreams become reality when he is dragged into a war to decide the fate of both worlds, so he takes matters into his own hands when he obtains the means to transform into Kamen Rider Saber.
Touma is visited by a man from the Sword of Logos, Rintaro Shindo, who has come to relieve him of his SworDriver and Brave Dragon Wonder Ride Book. When Touma refuses to give them up, Rintaro takes him to his organization's headquarters to debrief him on the conflict he has become involved in. Touma now faces the choice of whether to use his power as Kamen Rider Saber to save people and the world, or stay out of it.
Touma meets two other members of the Sword of Logos. One is Kento Fukamiya, his childhood friend, and the other is Ryo Ogami, a great swordsman who divides his time between fighting and raising his son, Sora.
Despite Ryo defeating the Hanzaki Megid, the place it attacked did not return to normal and Sora is still missing. In response, Touma and the other members of the Sword of Logos look for a way to rescue him.
Touma and his friends must face Kamen Rider Calibur, a former member of the Sword of Logos who defected to the Megid's side. Meanwhile, Touma realizes that Kento is disturbed by the enemy's appearance and learns the connection between them.
Another member of the Sword of Logos, Ren Akamichi, visits Touma's bookstore seeking Kento's recognition. When he learns of Kento and Touma's friendship however, the young ninja develops a rivalry with the latter. Meanwhile, Megid commanders Storius, Legiel, and Zooous make their move against the Sword of Logos.
Touma and Kento depart to look for the mythical land of Avalon so the former can unseal his sword, but Calibur stands in their way, intending to claim the secret power located there for himself.
After claiming the King of Arthur Wonder Ride Book and unsealing his sword, Touma begins to doubt if he can master the former's power. After Ryo is turned into stone while protecting him however, he comes with an idea to rescue him with help from his friends.
After his recent feats, Touma is recognized by the others as a full-fledged member of the Sword of Logos, but when the Megids prepare multiple Alter Books for their next plan, Tetsuo Daishinji, the order's mechanic, joins the fray as Kamen Rider Slash after repairing his own weapon.
Calibur steals some Wonder Ride Books from the Sword of Logos to complete his plan. While fighting to get them back, Touma and his companions discover his true identity.
Touma and the others are shocked to discover that Calibur is Daichi Kamijo, the previous Kamen Rider Saber while Kento is in distress over not knowing his father's whereabouts. Meanwhile, the Megids strike again and Daichi appears with a new power that makes him a bigger threat
After Rintaro is deeply wounded while protecting him from Daichi, Kento becomes determined to strike the enemy down not only for his sake, but also to avenge his father. Meanwhile, Touma and the others attempt to stop the Megids' plans.
Touma regains all his lost memories and realizes Daichi and the Megids' true objective, which is to recreate the same cataclysmic events of 15 years ago. Determined to stop them and avenge Kento, he obtains a new power.
While Touma was able to defeat Calibur and foil his plot, Kento has mysteriously disappeared. As the Megids continue to move forward with their own plans, the swordsmen head into battle against them with Kento's sword and Wonder Ride Books as well as a new power for Rintaro.
Touma dives into a portal opened by the pillars of light to stop Calibur while the other swordsmen look for a way to close it despite being warned by the Megids that Touma will not be able to return if they do so.
After defeating Calibur and averting the latest crisis, Touma prepares to celebrate the new year with his friends, when Sword of Logos member Reika Shindai approaches him with unknown intentions.
Storious creates the Grimoire Wonder Ride Book using Legeiel, Zooous, Isaac, Tassel, and Charybdis' powers along with the Tome of Omniscience. Moreover, he reanimates the Sword of Logos' Four Sages. Meanwhile, despite struggling to stop Wonder World's collapse, Touma and his fellow swordsmen must face Storious if they hope to save the world.
As Storious' plan progresses and Wonder World and Earth collapse, the swordsmen are unexpectedly joined by Sophia as the latest Calibur as well as Luna and Mei. With their forces bolstered, the swordsmen face Storious and his army.
One by one, the swordsmen fall for one reason or another as Storious overwhelms them. Touma attempts to face him alone, but learns a horrible truth regarding the Almighty Book. Meanwhile, as Wonder World vanishes and Earth collapses, a vanishing Mei reaches a decision as she attempts to reach a similarly vanishing Luna.
The source of the swordsmen's power and the source of stories, the Wonder World, disappears, and as the stories vanish from the world so does the world itself. Yuri advances onwards while faced with his own disappearance, as Luna races to see Touma before it's all over. Rintaro and Ren force themselves forward with the last fragments of their strength. Just then, their Wonder Ride Books lose their power and the Wonder World completely disappears. When that world vanishes, so does Touma. Everything is proceeding as it has been written within the pages of the Almighty Tome. In the midst of the world's greatest crisis, "Do you know a story you can never forget?"

Following Kagero's testimony regarding Fenix and Giff, George decides to investigate them once more while helping Ikki and Vice reverse the Rolling Vistamp's side effects. However, he is captured by Orteca, who seeks his help in unlocking the Demons Driver's full potential. Sakura and Julio join forces to save him as well as attempt to convince Aguilera not to trust Orteca. Despite their efforts, Orteca brutally defeats them and mocks them for being too friendly, which he believes makes them weak. Just as Orteca is about to finish them off, Weekend saves them before revealing the truth about Fenix and Giff and that Aguilera is actually investigating Orteca's past and his true intentions in order to protect Julio.
After learning Fenix's true colors from Weekend and being saved by Sakura and Julio, George confronts Olteca to return the stolen Stamps due to their side effects. But Orteca refuses and attempts to use the stamps to destroy the Igarashis, resulting in the appearance of Kamen Rider Vail. Concurrently, Sakura confronts Aguilera over her decisions while George and Vice learn of the Igarashis' past.
Following Genta Igarashi's sudden transformation into Kamen Rider Vail, Igarashi siblings discovers they are Giff's descendants by birth through their father. Because of their inner demons' connection with Giff grows stronger during recent demon incidents, the Igarashi siblings continues to be anxious. As Daiji is about to suffer a similar serious anxiousness as what Vail did to Genta, he must face Kagero by himself, while George develops Holy Wing Vistamp in hoping helping them overcome their anxiety. Meanwhile, Aguilera decided to eliminate Orteca once and for all after learning Sakura's bloodlines as well making an ultimate choices despite Julio's objections.
Akaishi reveals Julio, Olteca, and Aguilera are test subjects used by Noah, a group of criminal scientists who seek to use Giff's cells to turn humans into demons, and that he has been using Fenix to transform its soldiers into demons. Meanwhile, Masumi tells the Igarashi family what Vail has done to them in the past. As Ikki and Vice resolve to face the threat in spite of their injuries, Aguilera and Julio work to save Fenix from Akaishi's plot.
As Giff's eerie awakening becomes stronger, it causes Vice to go berserk within Ikki's body and keep escaping from Weekend's custody easily. Shortly, George arrives as the third Kamen Rider Demons to help Holy Live and Jeanne to buy a time on purifying Jack Revice with a new Vistamp for him from Giff's corruption.
Sometimes after Vice's rescue and Orteca's demise, George and the Igarashi siblings discover Kadota is alive, albeit suffering from amnesia. To recover his memories, George suggests the siblings make a memorial film about Kadota's past life. Concurrently, the Japanese government is calling for Fenix members' arrests due to their connection to Noah while Julio and Sakura attempt to find Aguilera, who has become a most wanted fugitive.
While at his high school soccer club reunion, Ikki reunites with his former coach and mentor Subaru Kimura, who is now a famous voice actor. He also meets his old schoolmate Koji Ikeda, who is currently training in voice work under Subaru. When Ikki asks him if he has quit soccer, Koji storms off to his confusion. Before he can investigate further, however, a new Deadman attacks.
Having inhaled the Rafflesia Deadman's gas, Ikki begins to hallucinate fighting a revived Kudō while unknowingly destroying Shiawaseyu. While in this state, he and Vice discover Zico's true reasoning for his anger towards Ikki's leaving the soccer team. Meanwhile, with help from Julio and a Fenix squad member, the Igarashis are able to restrain Ikki, shortly before Kimura discovers what is happening. As he denies Ikki's past allegations, Daiji suspects Zico might be the Rafflesia Deadman's contractor. After Zico is attacked by the Deadman however, Kimura is revealed to be the contractor, who wanted to help his students reconcile their past. As the Rafflesia Deadman betrays him and goes on a rampage, Ikki and Zico wake up in time for the former and Vice to destroy the monster while Kimura willingly turns himself into Fenix's custody.
After Sakura joined Weekend, she and Tamaki encounter Aguilera as she finally resurfaces after being forsaken by Giff. But Aguilera is acting strange as she attacks Sakura. Meanwhile, Daiji and Akemi are investigating Akaishi.
After Aguilera joins Weekend and gains Sakura's friendship after her humanity is restored, the Igarashi siblings regroup with their allies to stop Akaishi from increasing Giff's power and save Akemi. On Weekend's behalf and in response to the impending demon apocalypse, George buys time to develop new Vistamps capable of countering Vail, Akaishi, and Giff. Elsewhere, Vice grows worried that his time with Ikki is coming to an end and confronts his father, Vail, to stop him from murdering Genta's children.
The Igarashi siblings, George, and Weekend must recoordinate their plan to save Akemi, who has fallen into darkness, and prevent Akaishi from announcing his plan to bring about a demon apocalypse on Earth. As the heroes' situation worsens when Akaishi, Giff, and Vail decimate a majority of Fenix's forces, Hikaru is able to convince George to grant the former an upgraded Demons Driver and the Kuwagata Vistamp that the latter developed to transform into Kamen Rider Over Demons before retreating with their allies back to Weekend.
Following Akaishi's announcement and a tragic incident in Fenix, the peace keeping organization is no more. As many people becoming upset and frightened by the impending demon apocalypse, Weekend is left as the only organization able to rebel against Giff's tyranny. While Sakura, Aguilera, and Julio patrol the city, they are attacked by Vail, who kidnaps Julio. While Ikki receives a report at Shiawaseyu, Genta arrives and tells him that the latter must confront Vail by himself due to feeling responsible for his former inner demon's existence.
In response to Giff's full scale invasion of Earth and Fenix's failed demon removal stamps, Weekend publicly reveals themselves to the world and urges civilians to rebel against Akaishi and his lies, despite the risk. Meanwhile, as they are working on a solution to free Akemi from her Giffdemos form, Daiji becomes concerned about his ability to protect world peace. While George upgrades the Barix Rex Vistamp to allow Vice to transform into a similar version of Ikki's Barid Rex Genome, Ikki recalls that Akemi's will remains intact and she potentially left a clue to defeat Giff.
Shortly after Akaishi murders Akemi, the Karizakis struggle to create a new Vistamp to counter the revived Giff until Genta confronts his children before allowing himself to be used in the creation of the Giffard Rex Vistamp for Revice. Meanwhile, Hiromi returns to support his allies in the wake of Akemi's death, having fully recovered his memories with the help of Weekend, which he has joined as an advisor.
With Genta surviving a cell transfusion surgery, the Karizakis create the Giffard Rex Vistamp, which Ikki and Vice use to become Kamen Rider Ultimate Revice and give humanity hope and inspire citizens to either join Weekend in fighting Giff's tyranny or build shelters across the city. Furious, Akaishi begins his plot to invade Weekend's base. Meanwhile, Daiji leads a demon army to the resistance's base by forcing civilian's move to ARARAT and obey Giff orders, sparking a fierce conflict between Daiji and his siblings.
Because of Daiji's stubbornness went to the path of devil, Weekend marked him as an enemy in retaliation for betraying his own allies and families who opposes the demon. Due to the death of Kimiko at the hands of a Hell Gifftarian, Hikaru blames Tasuke for letting her die. Ikki decides to confront Daiji to save the latter from himself.
After learning of Kagero's death and its negative effect on Daiji's emotions and judgment, Genta intends to settle his conflict with Vail on his own. Meanwhile, despite Tasuke's sacrifice to save his allies, Hiromi uses the mass-produced Demons Drivers he received from George to form the Kamen Rider Demons Corps. and increase the resistance's ranks against Giff's army.
After receiving a modified Vail Driver from George, Genta intends to settle the score with a weakened Vail by transforming into Kamen Rider Destream and facing the demon in combat. Meanwhile, Sakura attempts to stop Daiji's rampage as Ikki and Vice fight against Akaishi.
While Genta and Vail reconcile with each other following their battle, and Daiji were about to rejoin his family at the same time, Giff revives Akaishi as a Gigademos.
While Hikaru successfully defeats Akaishi and avenges Kimiko and Tasuke, he is unable to kill him due to the Over Demons system taking a heavy toll on him. To Ikki and his allies' shock, Daiji kills Akaishi to take over his role of protecting Giff. Vice manages to prevent Daiji from forming a pact with Giff, who banishes Vice to the latter's dimension. In the hopes of reviving Kagero and restoring Daiji's balance, Hiromi is forced to temporarily reassume the mantle of Kamen Rider Demons despite his condition. Meanwhile, Masumi's condition worsens after resealing Vail in the Demons Driver and transfusing his inner demon to George.
With Hiromi's help, Daiji sees the error of his ways and revives Kagero, restoring his spiritual balance and returning to his family's side. Days later, after losing Masumi to his failing health, the resistance learns Giff is not fully sealed yet, and is now capable of infecting people with parasites capable of turning them into demons and brainwashing the hosts' inner demons.
While Vice mentally struggles against Giff, the heroes learn that defeating Giff's demons and freeing the previous victims who were used for the demon's revival spreads his parasites at a faster rate. After George is freed from Chic's control, Ikki has faded from his family's memories and he pursues a normal life. However, a corrupted Vice arises as a new threat.
What seemed to be Vice betraying Ikki, turns out to be his way of attempting to restore Ikki's memories. However, the restoration of Ikki's memories would mean voiding the contract between the two.Ikki is worried about Vice's behavior and realizes the true intent of his actions. The Igarashi family alongside the friends they've made along the way watch as both Ikki and Vice come to a "final decision"...
Mysterious monsters appear to attack the city and a team of Kamen Riders is assembled to fight them in a competition. One of such riders is Ace Ukiyo who can transform into the fox-like Kamen Rider Geats.
Keiwa, Neon, along with many others are chosen to participate the previous survival competition Desire Grand Prix. Among the participants happens to be the returning veterans who saved Keiwa and Neon from the previous competition, Ace and Michinaga.
Keiwa's trauma further increases following Takahito's death during the first bout of the new competition. While trying to get away from her strict mother, Neon happens to meet Ace and offers him to guest star on her live-streaming show. However, as Neon's show is interrupted, the second bout of D.G.P. suddenly begins. Somewhere, Michinaga is approached by Kanato, who offers an alliance with him, despite the former's claim that all Kamen Riders are enemies to him.
Neon is infected by a Zombie Jyamato's bite during Round 2 of the Zombie Survival-theme bout of D.G.P. while her mother deletes all of her streaming videos. As the third round begins, a certain accident occurs at the same time.
Nago is now cured and found a new way to live normally thanks to Keiwa. In response to Kanato's betrayal and disqualification, a mysterious A.I. Kamen Rider Punkjack replaces him to presumably accompany Morio on the third bout at D.G.P. admins' behest.
Keiwa's older sister, Sara has been kidnapped by a Knight Jyamato. Despite his injuries, Keiwa is re-motivated by Ace not to give up on saving Sara, while the latter apologize for using the former during its first round. After finding Sara's whereabouts, the four surviving Riders transforms in front of her. While Keiwa protects Sara, her hand accidentally touches her brother's Tycoon ID Core, revealing an unexplained terrifying past that Keiwa did not know about.
Although the can was kicked, Keiwa almost won but was ultimately eliminated, due being critically injured and thereby saved him from death. Sakurai siblings' parents was also revealed to be involved in some previous D.G.P., but somehow permanently died for some reasons, despite being civilians. Leaving only Ace, Neon, and Michinaga left in the D.G.P., who learn they must hatch eggs. Despite everything that has happened, Ace continues to fight as his desire to win only grows, while being moved to carry Keiwa's last wish to protect world peace.
As Ace becomes a Desire Deity once more, he suddenly calls Tsumuri "older sister", who considers Ace's world "unacceptable". He and Michinaga return for the new DGP tournament, along with Neon after she unexpectedly received permission from her father Kōsei. The three soon learn that they have been joined a mysterious guitarist named Win Hareruya, who reveals himself as the true identity of Punk Jack. Concurrently, Giroli is secretly revealed to be the DGP's masked game master as he privately entrusts Hareruya with important tasks.
The next bout of the "Stratagem" DGP sees the players helping vine-covered civilians, such as Keiwa, escape a Jyamato labyrinth and fighting a Jyamato that obtained the means to transform into a Kamen Rider-esque form. Meanwhile, the DGP's organizers secretly plot to eliminate Ace in retaliation for him making them part of his family.
As the players struggle to decipher a code that will let them escape a mansion and save the captured civilians from the Jyamato Riders, Win tries to give Michinaga tips on how to outwit Ace while finding their owns of escape. Meanwhile, knowing Keiwa will not survive the Jyamato Riders without his memories from the previous tournament, Ace asks him to touch the former's Desire Driver to restore them, leading to Keiwa eventually finding his own Desire Driver and returning to the DGP.
Keiwa rejoins the DGP after new player Ittetsu Tanba voluntarily gives up his place in the tournament to him and becomes motivated to revive those who have died in previous DGPs. However, he and the remaining players discover a mysterious woman in a white dress and red hat has stolen their Desire Drivers and given them to the Jyamato, forcing them to regain them quickly lest they risk getting disqualified.
Ace and Win compete to reclaim their Drivers back from a Jyamato Rider, with a pleased Girori confident that the former will finally lose. Concurrently, Michinaga fights to claim his own form of victory over Ace while Neon discovers her family's company has been sponsoring the DGP for generations and her bodyguards are former DGP players.
Following Win's failure, Giroli breaks the rules to become Kamen Rider Glare, brainwash Win into becoming his mindless servant, and eliminate Ace from the DGP personally. Meanwhile, Keiwa, Neon, and Michinaga struggle to win the "Conspiracy" tournament and potentially become the new "Desire Deity" until Ace suddenly appears, having retained some of his memories of the DGP.
Refusing to allow Ace to be declared the winner of the "Conspiracy" tournament, Girori sets up a new final round where either Keiwa or Neon could win if one of them kills Ace. While both are reluctant, Girori manipulates them with their desires to do his dirty work. Despite Girori's best efforts and turning Win into a suicide bomber, Keiwa and Neon play along until they are able to expose Girori's illegal actions during a broadcast, allowing the DGP's producer, Niramu, to officially fire him. Meanwhile, Michinaga's body ends up in Archimedel's garden.
As a new DGP gets underway under the direction of a new Game Master to replace the disgraced Girori, Ace, Keiwa, and Neon are joined by two new participants in spectacular fashion. This time however, new rules tailored to limit Ace's power become known, such as popularity reviews. Meanwhile, Michinaga awakens in Archimedel's garden, having been resurrected by his constant use of the Zombie Raise Buckle, and eventually learns the Jyamato have gained the ability to mimic fallen players' appearances.
The five competing Riders must team up against a Jyamato team in the tournament's ball-themed second round, "Jyamaball". In the middle of the match however, Keiwa is suddenly accused of being a traitor.
Following Daichi's elimination from the tournament and confirmation that he is not the Desire Star, the remaining players must find a fruit-shaped time bomb hidden by the Jyamato to identify the Desire Star in the next round. However, Keiwa's anxiety worsens while Michinaga's use of his Jyamato Buckle gradually takes his humanity. Meanwhile, Keiwa's older sister Sara gets caught in the crossfire of the DGP after unknowingly buying a pineapple-shaped bomb from a Bomber Jyamato. After being rescued, she reaffirms her desire to support her family.
Sae discovers she has become the Desire Star and must complete a Secret Mission. However, she also learns her remaining family were taken hostage the previous round. She and her fellow players attempt to rescue them, but Michinaga goes berserk once again, taking the Zombie Buckle back from her due to Beroba, a fan of his and the Jyamato's sponsor who seeks to obliterate all of the Riders, until the mysterious Kamen Rider Gazer arrives to put an end of their madness.
Due to the Jyamato not appearing in the latest round, the DGP's producers fear their ratings will decline and make the Riders compete in a modified form of tag wherein they must capture Chirami, who reveals he was forced to become the Game Master before running away. Meanwhile, Beroba and Michinaga gather at the Jyamar Garden as a new plan unfolds.
On Neon's birthday, Michinaga uses the Vision Driver he stole to establish a one-on-one fight with Ace in the JGP's final round. However, Beroba has her own plans for the round.
To end the JGP and reunite with his mother, Ace challenges Michinaga to a duel.
As the winner of the JGP, Michinaga resets the world and Neon lives her days in peace with no memories about her days as a Kamen Rider while Ace, Keiwa and Niram have gone missing. However, Chirami and Ziin decide to challenge Michinaga in order to bring them back.
With surviving Jyamato hiding themselves as miniature parasites that can infect civilians and infiltrate society to cause chaos, along with Kekera and Beroba being up to no good, Ace, Win and Tsumuri recruit Keiwa and Michinaga when the former sets up a friendly contest between them to deal with the troublemakers. It is eventually revealed that Daichi took over Archimedel's legacy on further evolving the Jyamato. Furthermore, Suel sends a new Game Master, Jit, to the present era to retrieve Tsumuri. As consequence of the DPG now public knowledge, Kurama Zaibatsu suffers the consequences with Kōsei arrested for bribery and conspiracy. Thankfully, Neon was able to find an apartment with Sara as her roommate before the former got caught up in the scandal.
With help from Kekera and Beroba, Keiwa and Michinaga return to their Rider duties to join Ace in stopping the parasite Jyamatos' widespread infections on civilians caused by Daichi. In the midst of the crisis, Daichi kidnaps Sara, when she learns the source behind the existence of the parasite Jyamato.
With the Parasite Jyamato round over, Keiwa's wish to revive those who were victims of the previous DGPs and free those who were trapped inside Jyamar Tree, such as Sara, has been granted.
Michinaga and Ace attempt to save Keiwa from himself, but he refuses to listen while consumed in darkness over him indirectly killing his family with a wish that was meant to bring them back. This forces Ace to confront Keiwa's inner demon, whose existence was alluded in the first Desire Royale, and fights him to save Keiwa. Meanwhile, with Kōsei hospitalized, Neon learns that the events that caused Akari's death were caused by Beroba for her own amusement. Regaining her ability to become Na-Go while entrusted with the Fantasy Raise Buckle, Neon decides to put an end to Beroba for the suffering she brought to her family.
Beroba recruits Kanato Sumida, formerly Kamen Rider Dapaan, to help her get revenge on Neon, for making her feel despair. Meanwhile, Keiwa resolves to defeat Ace, and turn Tsumuri into the Goddess of Creation. Win rescues Tsumuri from Jit's clutches. Furious, Jit fight and knock Win out. As the two battle, however, two mysterious people from the future watch on: Mela, Kamen Rider Cross Geats, and his assistant, Melo.
After deploying Win to rescue Tsumuri, Ace sacrifice his freedom by absorbing Tsumuri's power to prevent DGP from misusing it to enact misfortunate endings, and frees Keiwa from being manipulated by Kekera and Beroba and the organization. Furious by his own failure, Jit created an evil doppelgänger of Tsumuri. In response and concurrently, despite having no, Michinaga takes his risk dispose his and Keiwa's former supporters.
As Ace's life force as a God of Creation is starting to run out before he gets petrified, his friends must stop Jit and Kekera from destroying Earth, with a redeemed Keiwa must settle against his former supporter alone to atone his deed.
Suel's plan of the DGP's Series finale turns Earth into an apocalyptic war amongst everyone killing each other for a chance at happiness. Ace wants to end this game for the sake of his world, but is confronted by Black Tsumuri.
Tsumuri points her Magnum Shooter 40X at Ace... and a gunshot rings out! Was Ace shot?! A world where everyone can be happy, just what is Ace's true wish? For that... we witness the end!
