Be prepared for one of the most surreal journeys you're ever likely to take as you dive into the anarchic world of Green Wing Hospital!

Dr Todd arrives at her new job, uncoiffed and under-deodorised, after spending the night in her car. Her first day gets no less hygienically and professionally challenging as she meets her colleagues.
Caroline spends the day quashing rumours about her night at Guy's flat, while Guy unquashes them. If only she had something to hold over him, but surely he won't blurt out some dark secret... will he?
Joanna is worried about her age. Who wouldn't be at her age? Her dangerous liaison with Alan Statham is now in danger of becoming tedious. She demands spontaneity. He agrees to give it some thought.
It's Joanna's birthday - what does a man get the woman he worships for her birthday? Would it be a locket filled with his own love juice?
Martin is desperate (not just generally, although that's obviously still the case). He's worried that he hasn't got anything to wear to Caroline's housewarming party.
It's a testing time for everyone: Joanna and Harriet are each convinced they're pregnant, Martin sits his exams for the hundredth time, and Mac surreptitiously attends an interview for a promotion
Caroline is broody, but she's confused. Is Guy the good guy or the bad guy? Is Mac the good Mac or the bad Mac? Martin gets his exam results.
Martin loves Caroline. Caroline loves Mac. So does Sue White. Mac has a girlfriend. Statham loves Jesus, or is it the chaplain? Joanna loves Lyndon. And Guy loves Guy but he pretends to love Caroline.
Joanna is desperate to lure Statham away from Jesus. Caroline is desperate to lure Mac from his girlfriend and Sheffield. Mac challenges Guy to one final bet; that he can't bed Joanna.
Caroline has to cope with the aftermath of the ambulance crash, while Joanna has to cope with the fact she slept with her own son
Guy has to live without a driving licence and Statham has to live without sex; will either of them survive?
A documentary crew are in the hospital, so everyone just has to act normally... well there's a first time for everything!
Attractive single white Guy seeks accommodation, and a new member of staff upsets the apple cart (or whatever they use to transport patients these days)
Dr Statham enters politics; at least the manifesto will be grammatically correct. Caroline thinks her choice of lodger might have been a mistake, but finds that she has to live with it.
Statham is unusually cheerful, but it will probably end in tears. Mac finds it hard to adjust to his new role, Martin hires a private detective and Caroline has a hot date.
Caroline has to be cruel to be kind, while Joanna and Statham struggle to conceal the incident with the stuffed heron. Sue turns private dick and Martin comes into some money.
Paranoia reaches breaking point for Joanna and Statham, and they're forced to take drastic action. Mac, Guy and Martin make an offer to Caroline that she can't refuse. Only she does. Or does she?
