Filippo Ferrari and Carmine Di Salvo come from two opposite realities. The first is from Milan, wealthy and talented pianist. The second is from Naples and belongs to a family of 'system'. Their lives and dreams are broken by destiny.

Carmine and Filippo enter the Juvenile Detention Institute, the first one knows the rules, Filippo on the contrary seems to have landed on another planet.

A new character enters the prison: Naditza, a regular at WM. Nad gets herself arrested to escape the fate that her family has decided for her: to marry her in exchange for money to a cousin twenty years older than her.

The spotlight is on Viola, an icy girl serving a sentence for murder with the aggravating circumstance of cruelty. The girl is charismatic and Ciro himself suffers her magnetic charm.

Gemma, a girl from Rimini, habitually suffers violence from her boyfriend, but when her sister becomes a victim to defend her, revenge seems to Gemma the only way to heal from that sick love.

Edoardo goes out for a leave of absence. Filippo gives the razor blade to the director, but Paola can't get him to reveal who he wanted to defend himself against.

The friendship between Filippo and Carmine is in crisis just when they would need each other.

Massimo continues to have an eye for Carmine and suspects nothing of the order he has received.

Filippo returns to the Institute after completing his operation and tries to get closer to Carmine.

The days pass by and for Carmine the situation becomes more and more difficult: he has to kill Massimo otherwise he will pay with his life.

Massimo and Paola are desperately looking for Carmine and an intuition leads them to the port. Here they meet Carmine who manages to hide himself in a daring way.

Carmine has returned to the IPM and joins Filippo in solitary confinement. They know what they risk and Carmine wants Filippo to tell the truth and save himself.

Carmine is suspended between life and death, but Nina doesn't give up, convinced that in order to have a future, one must create one.

Sasà, a boy from Naples, enters the institution for a crime that is not revealed.

Naditza goes out and, without her parents' knowledge, is given to Filippo's family to foster, while waiting for him to be transferred to Milan.

The magistrate arranges for Carmine to return to the institution, but the boy does not want his daughter to be a Di Salvo and entrusts her to Nina's mother.

We find out that Beppe previously had a relationship with a black girl, Latifah.

Paola manages to get custody of little Futura. Edo and his family discover that Sasà is in jail for rape and they don't give him peace.

Massimo, after discovering that Nina's murderer is in the IPM, decides to do his own thing and puts the alleged culprits in isolation to try to discover the truth.

Massimo continues his investigation and discovers who is guilty of Nina's murder but in the meantime he has to face a sudden family crisis.

Carmine realizes who the culprit of the murder is and gets a weapon to kill him while the memory of Nina torments him.

Carmine devises a plan with the help of Pino to get Pirucchio out of isolation.

Carmine, face to face with Pirucchio, has a crisis of conscience and fails to kill him.

Filippo and Carmine, after escaping execution intended for Edoardo, run to stop Naditza's wedding. Rosa, Ciro's sister, enters the prison and reveals to Edoardo that Mimmo is a traitor.

Rosa Ricci allowed herself to be arrested to avenge her brothers and father for the Di Salvo attack. Carmine is her target and is ready to do anything to see Donna Wanda on her knees.

Beppe tries to convince Latifah to mend her relationship with Kubra, but the girl is unable to forgive her mother. Philip and Naditza's escape reveals new aspects of the boy's character.

Filippo and Naditza begin to have their first difficulties. Carmela instructed Salvo to bring three mavericks into Ipm by promising them entry into the Ricci clan.

The tension increases due to the Milanese drug ring and culminates in a violent brawl. Cucciolo reconnects with his brother and opens up to Milos. Lino tries to support Silvia.

As the past of one of the new arrivals is revealed, the Nordics continue their activities. Sofia is forced to bring a person to IPM who is close to the Nordics. Milos receives an unexpected visitor and Dobermann slips further into the abyss. A discovery turns the IPM upside down and Rosa decides to face her past.
